Description

Enhance your mental health literacy and empower yourself to respond effectively to workplace mental health challenges. Approximately two in five Australians aged 16-85 will experience a mental health condition during their lifetime. As part of the manufacturing industry, which employs 185,000 Queensland workers, we collectively play a vital role in protecting and supporting our community’s mental health.

Our course is specifically designed for manufacturing industry employees, equipping them with essential knowledge, practical skills, and confidence to navigate the mental health landscape within the workplace. The content encourages positive attitudes toward mental health conditions, improves mental health literacy, and helps participants recognize signs and symptoms of common mental health issues. Additionally, it provides guidance on appropriate actions when dealing with mental health conditions affecting employees or colleagues.

Upon completing the course, you’ll gain access to our eToolkit. This toolkit includes practical online resources to assist you in dealing with mental health conditions effectively and expand your mental health awareness.
